  First the basics :All horses are UTD on shots, wormings and feet trims.When prices are below 1000.00 buyer is to pay for coggans and health certificate if needed. Package discounts, and I will do short term monthly payments to the right buyers. I have the right to refuse any sale. All horses are up to date on shots, feet trims, and worming. I also may be able to help with transportation. Payment must clear before the horse leaves our farm.

Please note due to unforseen circumstances that have happened. Whoever gets the deposit in first is the buyer of said horse. From now on I can never agree to hold unless under emergancy circumstances (i.e. hospital , got to get lights turned back on,ect) , I can not agree to hold a horse without the deposit in my hands, thank you for understanding-SLB
